You have to love this extraordinary 'buyer's market' here in the greater Naples area because the new construction developers are giving are giving away the farm! The incentives run the gamut from new home add-ons, social, sports and full golf memberships included. It's nothing short of phenominal!
Today we took a buyer to the Vineyards, a wonderful golf community built by exclusively by the developer, Vineyards Development Company or the Procacci family. The customer was interested in seeing whether she could have a $2,000,000 to $3,000,000 home built on a lot in one of the ions of the community.

Real Estate inquires on our website at PreviewNaples.com continue to increase daily, as does the traffic at our 5th Avenue office for Prudential Florida Realty all of which should bode well for the upcoming real estate selling season.
All signs are encouraging as we are showing a 40% increase in sales for the last quarter compared with the same period in 2007. Sales have also been increasing for the past 10 months in succession, while price per square foot has decreased in almost every sector.
With inventory levels remaining high and mortgage rates at historic lows, (levels not seen in over three decades,) everything seems to be pointing to the beginning of a solid recovery for greater Naples Real Estate.
