BAYFRONT TYPIFIES A MIXED-USE COMMUNITY AND DOWNTOWN NAPLES LIVING

If you love downtown living, but are not wanting the hustle and bustle of being directly on a 5th Avenue S. in Olde Naples, you might just want to consider Bayfront, off 5th Avenue on Naples Bay. Bayfront is a mixed-use community containing one, two and three bedroom condominiums, with great shopping and dining below, all with the ambiance of being just off the water.
The condominiums range in size from 852 square feet for a one bedroom unit to just over 2,500 square feet for one of the three bedroom penthouses. The highest recorded sale in Bayfront was for $1,600,000 for one of the penthouse units in 2008. Currently there are 24 condominiums for sale ranging from a low of $329,000 for a one bedroom to a high of $989,000 for a two plus den.
Over the past several years, the management has sought to attract and make Bayfront a destination for those seeking art and they have succeeded in attracting local artists as well as international galleries to display and sell their works below.
While restaurants have come and gone, the atmosphere seems to be very stable now with stalwarts such as Roy's, serving Hawaiian fusion cuisine, Stoney's Steakhouse as well as the the popular Cafe at Bayfront. A trip to Bayfront wouldn't be complete without stopping by for a drink at Shane's Cabana Bar, the outdoor Chickee Bar directly on Naples Bay.
All in all, Bayfront is another of those fun places in Naples to see and be seen.
