BOY...YOU'VE GOT TO LOVE THE INCENTIVES...!
Posted by Naples International Group on Thursday, January 29th, 2009 at 7:43pm.You have to love this extraordinary 'buyer's market' here in the greater Naples area because the new construction developers are giving are giving away the farm! The incentives run the gamut from new home add-ons, social, sports and full golf memberships included. It's nothing short of phenominal!
Today we took a buyer to the Vineyards, a wonderful golf community built by exclusively by the developer, Vineyards Development Company or the Procacci family. The customer was interested in seeing whether she could have a $2,000,000 to $3,000,000 home built on a lot in one of the ions of the community.
When registering her with the on-site sales department, one couldn't help but notice the large fliers on the counter talking about Private Financing. The flier talked about how with the purchase of a new home in the Vinyards, you could get 5-year financing from the developer, Vineyards Development Company, with 30% down and no interest or penalties, should you decide to pay it off early. (With those terms, I'm not quite sure why you would want to.)
Now that is taking incentive to the next level!
