One of my favorite Naples Communities has always been Windstar on Naples Bay primarily because it is the only community of its kind in all of Naples. Windstar combines a Audubon Tom Fazio designed championship golf club with a beautiful marina and Yacht Club with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico through Gordon Pass less than a mile away.
The community is also the only one with its private Gulf Shore Beach Club on Keywaydin Island and a shuttle servicing residents from its private dock. The marina and yacht club houses 72 deep water slips and has its own dockmaster.

GREY OAKS SALES FOR FIRST HALF ON FIRE!

For the first half of this year, Grey Oaks exceeded $52.2 million in sales and there seems to be no stopping that trend. That figure represented a 25% increase over the same period last year which is quite significant.
What is interesting is the fact that reslaes in Grey Oaks have declined which shows that the people who have purchased there appreciate the tremendous long-term value that the community represents.
Two of the communities that are doing very well are Torino and Misrmonte which were both purchased by the Ronto Development Group. New model residences and decorator-ready units will be released in the coming months which should add to the excitment of those two developments within the community.

About 6 months ago, I began offering weekly reports of statistical data compiled by the very respected firm of Altos Research in California.
The reports are substantial in depth, although if you prefer, you can opt to receive an Executive Summary for any area of greater Naples or by zip code. For a more extensive report for a certain area, one would opt for the Market Update.

One of the communities that I have always been very partial to in my 20 of doing Naples Real Estate is Hawksridge. Nestled quietly off Pine Ridge Road on the west side almost directly across from Grey Oaks.
Hawksridge is an intimate gated community of only 94 homesites, with a wonderful mix of luxury custom homes and large spacious coach/carriage homes. The community boasts a clubhouse, community pool and tennis courts. The sidewalks are well lit and wide perfect for running or jogging.

The 1,050 acre community that was ambitiously envisioned as Naples first TPC Golf Course Community by the Kuttemperor family or V.K. Development, Treviso Bay, may finally get jumped started again with a new buyer.
Rumored for weeks now, Treviso Bay has a brand new buyer called Treviso Holding LLC thought to be a subsidary of the national builder Lennar Corporation. The company was founded in 1954 and is headquartered in Miami, Florida. According to their website, the company's founding principles are quality, value and integrity.
With Lennar as the new owner, Treviso Bay should finally get reved up although there will be many changes. The developer will be paying back the debt, some $64 million that is currently being held by bondholders that…

Copper CovePreserve is on fire and it's not hard to see why! The Lennar-built community resides just minutes from some of the best beaches in the world on Marco and in Naples, but that's not the prime reason the community has takes off. It's all about the product and the price.
Lennar, who recently took the community over, is offering 5 new designs with floor plans ranging from 1,861 sq.ft. to 3,283 sq.ft.
