JANUARY STATISTICS RELEASED BY NABOR

NABOR (Naples Area Board of Realtors) released the market report for January today and the results are very positive.

The market is heating up as buyers are certainly feeling wealthier than last year as evidenced by stronger and stronger pending sales reported each month. Overall pending sales increased by 36% in January compared to the same month last year. Consumer confidence in the economy is a driving force behind the increasing home sales.
