NAPLES REAL ESTATE - PRIME TIME TO BUY!

The greater Naples Real Estate Market currently presents some amazing opportunities to purchase property in every area and in every category of product. The decline of the days on market for listings that we have seen over the past 6 months shows that the public has gotten the message that pricing is not about to go lower and may even be inching upward in some communities. The time for fence-sitting is over, and if ever you thought of purchasing property in Naples, now is the time. Inventory levels have been declining over the past several months, as has been the price per square foot.
Prior to the current market and over the last four or five years, finding a condominium on the beach for under $1,000,000 was nearly impossible no matter what the age, condition or square footage. Now we see 236 condominiums for sale on the beach for a little as $315,000 and these are not 'short sales' or foreclosures. If you added in the units on the Bay or within one block of the Gulf of Mexico, that number would swell to over 500. The same thing can be said about gated golf communities. Units on golf courses have dropped dramatically and now are affordable, where in years prior, they were only for the few.
Again, the point that needs to be hammered home is greater Naples Real Estate is currently at bargain prices!
