76°F, FairONCE AGAIN MORTGAGE RATES SLIDE SLIGHTLY LOWER

The past week closed out with mortgage rates again dipping near the historic record lows. Rates for the 30-year fixed dipped, while the 15-year fixed rate set a new record low.
This all comes as the spring buying season begins with some positive signs of the housing industry's continued recovery. Many segments of the market show optimism as the recovery inches forward headed by the jobs market which seems to be strengthening month-to-month.
