You Just Can't Have A bad Day In Naples, Florida

Naples pierOne of the great things about being a real estate professional in Naples, Florida, (and there are many), is the fact that we live in a world-class destination. That in itself makes working the business a whole lot easier, since we don’t have to totally rely on potential clients from North America. Understand, I certainly have nothing against my clients from the States, but in an off market, we have the luxury of being able to deal with the influx of Europeans, as well as the English, whose money is worth far more than ours because of the Pound/Euro/Dollar relationship.

Because of the constant sunshine and beautiful weather, it’s hard to have a bad day in Naples. I recall all those grey skies, even during the summer, when I lived on the North Shore of Boston. I can vividly remember wondering whether we were even going to have a summer some years. The North Shore was certainly beautiful and truthfully I miss it, but oh those grey skies, they sure could help make it a bad day.

Naples is a completely different atmosphere. There is world-class shopping and dining. We have more golf courses per capita than any other place in the world. (If we aren’t already, we are fast becoming the golf capital of the world). There is plenty of culture with the Philharmonic Center for the Performing Arts, affectionately known as ‘The Phil’, Sugden Theater, home of The Naples Players, as well as other venues for the arts. During high season, from January through April, there is always something going on, like the barrage of art fairs that take place on a closed 5th Avenue. if you’re a people watcher, what a great time strolling down the avenue, taking in the sights.

You just can’t have a bad day in Naples no matter what the real estate market is doing!
