Length of time you have been a Realtor?

  • I have been in the Naples Luxury Real Estate market for over 10 years, and I fully expect to continue doing what I love best, helping people buy and sell real estate.

Do you have an area you specialize in?

  • My specialty is higher end single family homes and condominium re-sales, primarily in the communities of Olde Naples, Royal Harbor, Coquina and the Moorings. I do have excellent working relationships with some of the top home builders in Naples, and can assist in architectural planning and new construction as well.

What is your-list-to sell ratio?

  • I have a superior list to sell ratio of nearly 100%. In my entire real estate career, I have only had three listings expire unsold.

What is your price-to-sell ratio?

  • Again, I have a strong price-to-sell ratio of 94% over the past five years. I believe in encouraging clients to price homes to sell, since that is the primary motivation of the sellers. I strongly oppose over-pricing property.
